Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pelican Propane, we offer convenient propane tank exchange delivery services to your home or rental property.


Bottle Exchange Requirement

All online orders for propane delivery are based on a tank exchange system.

To complete your delivery:

  • A used propane tank must be left at the designated delivery location at the time of service.

If a tank is not available for exchange:

  • Your delivery may be postponed or rescheduled until a tank is provided, or

  • You may choose to purchase a new full tank at the applicable price.


Missed Exchange & Return Fee

If no tank is left for exchange at the time of delivery:

  • A $5 return fee will be charged before rescheduling delivery

  • Delivery will not be completed until the exchange requirement or new tank purchase is confirmed

This policy ensures efficiency and availability for all customers.


No Refund Policy

All propane orders are final sale.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed exchanges, failed deliveries due to unavailable tanks, or customer error

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with exchange requirements prior to delivery


Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • A full propane tank is delivered and

  • The exchange tank (if applicable) is collected, or

  • A new tank purchase is fulfilled

Once delivery is completed, the order is considered final.


Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Leave an accessible propane tank for exchange (unless purchasing a new tank)

  • Provide accurate delivery details and safe access

  • Ensure pets, gates, and obstacles do not prevent delivery
