Due to the nature of propane as a consumable fuel product, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a tank has been filled, exchanged, or delivered.

Delivery Policy

For delivery orders, once the propane tank has been delivered to the location provided and confirmed as completed, the order is considered fulfilled and final.

Once propane tanks or cylinders are filled, exchanged, or delivered and are in your possession or left at your designated delivery location, all responsibility and liability for the handling, storage, installation, and use of the propane transfers to you.

Pelican Propane is not responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, or incidents that occur after the transfer of possession.
